I’m not going to talk a lot about New Year’s resolutions because, well frankly, I don’t believe in them. I believe in resolving – aka firmly deciding – to do things that improve and expand our lives, but I think that should be a continual process throughout the year – a lifestyle, if you will. Putting off making healthy changes until January each year smells like procrastination to me! Why put off doing something good when you can start immediately?
