Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve written one of these! March of 2013 to March of this year was dominated by studying! I’m thrilled to share with you that I’ve completed my study course and I’m now able to include Holistic Nutrition in my coaching practice.
Good nutrition and eating healthy have been a major part of my lifestyle for close to 30 years. The holistic nutrition training has greatly expanded and rounded out my knowledge base, so I now have many more tools in my tool box with which to help my clients. This additional training is very synergistic with my coaching practice.
I’ve found that for most people – no matter what their initial reason was for hiring me as their personal coach – health, nutrition and eating practices almost always enter into the equation. This isn’t surprising, because what you eat (and don’t eat) and the state of your health affects every other area of your life.
