This package is for 1 person and consists of 8 sessions (75 minutes each) to be used within 4 months. The Kaizen 8 Coaching Package is for those who are ready to embark on a longer term commitment to up-leveling their life and prefer to have a personal coach guiding them and holding them accountable to their action steps. * Includes the same benefits as the 3-session package.
